WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and Visa through our McAfee secure payment processing system. We also accept PayPal and major credit and debit cards through PayPal.
CAN I USE PAYPAL WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
Yes! A PayPal account is needed in order to make payments through PayPal. The truth is you DO NOT need one. Without a Paypal account all you need is any Debit/Credit card that is supported by Paypal. By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it. In the event of damage during shipping, please contact at candles@marcusalan.com within five (5) days of receiving your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We will replace broken items when possible or offer a replacement on items damaged during shipping. Returns, refunds or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE ?
All orders are shipped from our studio in Columbus, Ohio. Orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Shipping time may take 2 - 5 business days after processing to arrive depending on location.

We ship all orders using USPS First Class shipping or USPS Priority
CAN I SEND MY ORDER AS A GIFT?
Yes, absolutely. Simply enter your gift recipients address in the ship to field during check out. You can also enter a gift message to be added in the notes field during check out.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information. If you haven’t received the information please contact us at candles@marcusalan.com and a staff member will send it over promptly.
